Staged homes sell faster than unstaged homes. Staging a home properly can help buyers envision themselves living in the home. You’ll obtain better photos as well in order to market the home at it’s highest potential.

Currently, we are only working with realtors and/or sellers to stage occupied homes that are being prepped to be placed on the market for a quicker sale.

Project consists of traveling to the site, evaluating the space, then submitting advice and recommendations. Will work however minor or extensive you need, through the process.
